Session 16: 3D-Printing in Medicine

TRACK 16: The Production of 3-Dimensional solid objects from a digital file is known as 3D printing. It is the part of the innovative process called additive manufacturing. The object is formed by the layering process, in which the layer of material is added one above the other to form model. It allows the designer and engineer to create the complex parts for cars, machines or airplanes. These are cheaper and takes less time than any other production method.
